The Bistro 

The pride of The Alliance Hotel is our award-winning Bistro. Open for lunch, dinner and function bookings six days a week - Monday to Saturday -  the bistro serves up fresh, seasonal gastronomic pub food complemented by an impressive selection of fine wines and craft beers. Our chefs take an innovative approach to classic pub cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal produce sourced fresh from leading suppliers to ensure a dining experience that ticks all your boxes.
