The Alliance Hotel uses fresh, seasonal produce from local businesses and suppliers to create a menu that showcases the high quality produce here on offer in Queensland. 'The Bistro' was a finalist in the 2022 and 2021 for Best Restaurant in the Queensland Hotels Association Awards for Excellence.
