The Whisky Warren Menu

The Alliance Hotel uses fresh, seasonal produce from local businesses and suppliers to create a menu that showcases the high quality produce here on offer in Queensland. The Whiskey Warren was a finalist in the 2022 and 2021 for Best Restaurant in the Queensland Hotels Association Awards for Excellence.

As of 2024, The Whisky Warren will be showcasing some of the best Australian Whiskies in Australia, as well as a brand new Game Meat menu.
