They say you should collaborate with people you can learn from. Whilst that is true, you should also collaborate with people (or breweries in our case!) that you can have fun with. Earlier this month we hosted Green Beacon's launch of their limited edition Scrimshaw Blood Orange IPA. Our Head Chef Dave created a delicious beer tasting menu to match the strong citrus flavour in the beer that comes from blood oranges juiced and included during the fermentation process. No syrups and faux flavours here!!
This Scrimshaw Blood Orange IPA is only available on tap for a limited time, and is refreshingly delicious for these hot Queensland afternoons, so get in quick before you miss out!
